A Mom, Wife, Friend, and Child of God!

I am a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful children. They keep me on my toes. I run a farm with horses, goats, chickens, and cows. I discovered my passion in helping others learn and heal their bodies on my own health journey. Though it has not been easy I don't want anyone else to go through what I have. During my studies I developed a passion for Chinese medicine and herbalism. It just absolutely amazed me. The knowledge behind Chinese medicine alone got me wondering why we have strayed so far from it. I coach my clients in a way that utilizes both their mind, body, and spirit. I've learned so much and I am driven to learn more to help others. I am motivated to turn my newfound passion into a full-time career.
